We're based in Seattle, and travel within an hour of the city is included in every booking. That hour covers Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Issaquah, Edmonds, Everett, Snohomish, and Tacoma, which is where most people ask us to go.
Past an hour.
Anywhere else in Washington, and Portland, is a drive we'll make, and we price travel per trip in your quote. Our preferred range is about an hour and a half from Seattle, which reaches Olympia, Bellingham, and the Skagit Valley. Leavenworth, the Gorge, and Portland are longer days, and we take them when the date works, so ask.

The booth has stood at Bell Harbor in Seattle, Willows Lodge in Woodinville, and Lord Hill Farms in Snohomish, and the gallery has the photos.
The room, wherever it is.
The booth needs about 10 by 10 feet of open floor, one standard outlet, and an elevator if the room is above ground level. The booth runs indoors, or outdoors under a cover. We arrive one to two hours before it goes live, and the certificate of insurance can name your venue. The booth and the FAQ have the rest.
